  • 10 days.....that seems like a long time to fast. I have only ever done 1 day, with 6 days of really low calories.

  • this is why I weigh once a week, dont need for the added stress of seeing those numbers everyday. No point in putting yourself threw that.

  • ti just has resistance and it went all the way to the highest point. it got so hard i was really having to push to keep it going. yes i ckd my heart rate every 15 min and it ranged from 130 -158
  • I did a 45 min. program on my eliptical. Resistance ranging from 3 to 9. It tells me I burnt 1000 calories. Do you really think that is possible???

  • I would be careful of the sugar free drink mixes. They have aspertame (sp?) in them and that is nasty stuff. I just had my husband give all his packets away and I found him some that dont have that in them. A little more calories but not aspertame.

  • My new fav lunch is a fruit smoothie from the schwans man. 1 Cup of their Vanilla no sugar, 1 Cup of 1% milk and a fruit packet. 310 calories!!! So yummy
  • :flowerforyou: go buy some shredded lettuce, fruits and veggies, chicken breats, canned chicken and tuna, yogurt, almonds and you would be set for a week. Oh grab some eggs too for b-fast. Try and give up your fast food and you will shed those pounds quick. Of course make sure to get some cardio in there too. Good luck…
  • If I am not grilling chicken I put it in a pan with some water. Keep the lid on, watching close cause you'll have to keep adding water. I season them after they have cooked for a couple min. It really only takes about 10 min. They are really tender and yummy.
