Best snack ever!!!
I just had a Arnold Select Honey Wheat sandwich thin, toasted with a wedge of garlic and herb laughing cow cheese. Only 135 calories. So yummy and hit the spot in the afternoon to hold me off till supper.

I did a 45 min. program on my eliptical. Resistance ranging from 3 to 9. It tells me I burnt 1000 calories. Do you really think that is possible???

why am I not hungry??
I dont get it.....I have been burning 600+ calories a day for the last week and just havent been hungry. I have been forcing myseelf to eat my calories. My husband thinks I am doing it all wrong.
