It will be ok. You already have a plan to fix it. It will take a couple of weeks to get in a routine. Dont get mad at yourself because your going to go work out tonight and start fresh in the morning. Make sure you get a good nights sleep and when that alarm goes off put your feet on the floor and just do it. Positive thinking really helps me get through alot of things. Sometimes its easier said than done but getting mad will not help. YOU CAN DO THIS!! :flowerforyou:
  • thanks a bunch:wink:
  • yea i went over 600 calories yesterday, and i didn't even know it!
who knew corn on the cob and rice had sooo many calories?! oh and veg. soup! ahh!!
  • Don't be hard on yourself. Just work out tonight. When I first got back into working out again, I wanted to do it in the morning to get it out of the way, and get some extra energy throughout the day. However, that didn't work for me. I just am not a morning person. I noticed I skipped out more on exercise if I tried to get up earlier to do it. Exercising at night is wonderful too. And for some people, that time just works better. Another idea is to walk on your lunch break. That way you don't have to find spare time throughout the day.
