i am actually asking this on my husbands behalf. he is also starting a diet and wants to lose 45 pounds. does anyone have suggestions for something that he could take to help jump start his journey? he recently hurt his back so hasnt been able to do all that much exercise. I have tried so many different :diet pills" and of course non worked for me, wasnt sure if their was one out there that i missed. Thanks

Start by examining what you are cooking for meals, and seeing if you can cut down on portion size or subsitute items. For example, if you like hot dogs, why not try the Hebrew National 97% Fat Free ones? Or how about low carb tortillas instead of fried taco shells. Stuff like that can help. The thing to remember is that it will TAKE TIME.0

i have been doing protein shakes for breakfast and lunch and they have really helped me and im not hungry
i dont like the tast of just the shake mix so this is how i make it
1 pack carnation sugar free instant breakfast and 1/2 scoop whey protein with 12 oz fat free milk =250 calories and and 20g protein
sometimes i leave out the whey protein and put in half of a bananna same calories.
just a thought may not work for him but i have been doing it for two weeks with good results0 -
thanks you 2. we actually have some of the carnation packets i may have to do that. i saw he had one for b-fast but just added milk. maybe if i do the banana and put it in the blender it will be a little more filling. thanks:happy:0
