I am back and have no excuse to give you as to why I left. But I did put on all the wiehgt I lost when I was here earlier this year. But am ready to get back into the life of fitness and taking care of myself. Can't wait to feel good again.:blushing:

    metoo, did the same thing, wandered off. I am hoping too, to do as well as last year and this time, don't get sidetracked, LOL!! I have since developed some different forms of exercise that burn and I won't have any overuse problems.
