Has anyone got a good reading on how many calories are burned on Level 3? I sweat my butt off and think I burned more than 195.........

    Well, I'm 28, 5'2" and 130(-ish) and the last time I did level 3, I burned 323 calories. (this was per my HRM I use..)

    i was gong to go get this dvd today till i got my van stuck in the mud in my driveway..............can anyone give me some reviews of it?
