When you continuously do the same exercises your body will get used to them. If you keep doing the same thing you won't lose as much weight. I'm 5'8 and my goal is to be at 135-140. I already hit my original weight goal of 155, and was still slightly unhappy, so I decided to go to 135. I'm 146 right now so I only have about 10 more lbs..... any more and I think I would look sickly.

2 oz is the uncooked version and I believe that it's 1 cup cooked! Also try making spaghetti with turkey instead of beef! Make sure to drain the meat too because it gets soooo greasy. Spaghetti is one of my favorite foods in the whole world, so I sympathize with you.
