you might get sweaty from the ride so i would prepare some time or extra clothes for that... i have spin class and we work it out for 60 mins and im drenched. lol good luck. and i say thanks for ditching that unhealthy, costly, environmently bad car for an eco friendly and healthy trip to work. :)

yes very important never let your knees go over your toes even in lunges. i pretend like im going to sit in a chair, core tight.

i would avoid fruit juice though. fresh fruit is awesome, i do not think this is a problem.

that sounds awesome, you're prolly gonna have to go by serving size and count the calories individually.. i use measuring spoons and cups to get it exact.

all things are OK in moderation. i would suggest a smal portion of this "cheesey lunch". dont deprive yourself, you'll end up binging out later.

i do about 4200 strides on my eliptical and i only get 242 calories and my HR gets about 140-150. its about 2.5 miles.

im new to this as well and i love it so far, i hope i can keep up and it doesnt get boring and i quit. i usually just eat whatever i want and eat a whole bag of chips or candy in one sitting or down a whole LG milkshake but now my goal is to portion, and throw in some cardio as often as i can. good luck!

i only drink water so it is easy for me to get that 8 or more cups. you should only weigh yourself at the same time in the morning before you eat anything to get a more accurate weight. plus if you are exercising enough you might be building muscle mass which weighs more then fat. try figuring out your BMI%. and good luck…

everything that has calories, unless i take one bite of something, i LOG IT! if your gonna track your cals, or diet, you should do your best to get the best result. its for your health.

i work at the elementary school cafeteria so, not always. but i pick and choose and its portion controlled so its not too bad.

try flavoring it.. i dont mind water plain, i carry around my reusable water bottle that holds 2 1/2 cups and i drink at least three bottles a day, i keep it close to me so i will drink it, and instead of snacking i just sip my water, i usually dont drink anything else on a regular basis. also dont forget that a lot of…
