Not high at all with your fitness goals. When I was losing fat, I was eating around 1500 calories a day, strength training 3 days a week and cardio 4 x a week and was able to lose the fat. Now, I am working on gaining lean muscle and lowering my BF % and have been eating around 1900-2000 calories a day for the last 2 1/2…

I am interested as well. Working on lowering my BF. Last checked it said 22.2 but not sure how accurate that was since it was taken at a later time of day. Going to invest in my own monitor to try to track it more consistently.

So far 80 ounces but like to get to a full gallon per day.

I work out early in the morning as well. I have been experimenting to see what works best for me. I lift weights M, W & F, so I make sure I have something small like 1/2 banana or a protein shake. I drink another protein shake when I am finished and then eat breakfast once I get to work. (almost a hour later) On the days…

I can't really tell you if this is right or wrong without knowing your stats. But, I don't like to use MFP calorie counts. They are not always accurate. Either they are inflated or under how many I really burned. Maybe invest in a HRM.

Not sure what my starting BF% was but I did check it in February and March 2013: March : 21.9% Not sure about thefigure because I checked it at a different time. But I wll be checking again on 4/15/13, so I will be able to see if I made a difference. Goal is between 18-20%

Your HRM should be fairly accurate. Did you check your stats that you put in to make sure everything is correct? Keep using it and see how it goes.

I agree. Or do some research online. There are tons of workout programs that offers clean eating ideas and fitness routines. But most importantly, please EAT! I am a SUPER PICKY eater so sometimes I am eating the same thing but I know my body need fuel to keep up with my exercising. good luck!

I enjoy working out at the gym and at home. Right now, I have been going to the gym M, W, F at 6 am to get my morning workouts done. The gym is almost empty at that time, so I have no problem with the crowds. It is a local YMCA that just opened last year so they have all new equipment and a nice indoor track and pool. I…
