  • I have Mari Winsor's 20 minute pilates DVD and it is a great warm up before weights and aerobics! I do take a 10 to 15 minute break between the pilates and the other excercises to drink some water... staying hydrated is key when working out!

  • I buy the Lindt dark chocolate bars, and allow myself ONE square, which is under 50 calories once a week... boy oh boy do I savor that square of chocolate!
  • I use just a little extra virgin olive oil, chopped fresh rosemary, choped garlic and lemon pepper to taste. I use this to marinate my chicken and then grill it. It is always a big hit with my hubby and son!

  • I do not know what brand you bought... but some pickles say 0 calories and some say up to 17 calories for a serving of two pickles. You may want to take note, though, pickles are VERY high in sodium.
