So, this might sound like a stupid question, but whats the extreme shred? I completed my last level 2 today and onto Level 3 tomorrow (30ds) I am trying to plan what to do next. I was thinking of ripped in 30, but I did not know about extreme shred... you've thrown a spanner in the works :-)

Just done level 2 (after my incident with the snooze button this morning) it was hard, my arms were shaking and just when I thought I'd get a break from arms in the cardio section... WRONG more arms in the form of plank!! I hope I look ripped at the end of 30days :-)

Well I am doing level 2 when I get home because I pressed snooze this morning. It looks tough but I will let you know. Well done for completing it :-)

Well done everyone!! I completed day 7 this morning (legs were so sore from yoga on Tues night, think I over stretched :-( ) BUT i'm feeling great because I have kept it up for 7 days... 2 days longer than my last attempt Hurray!!

I use 3Kg (6.61lb)... now that I've converted that to pounds it sounds a lot (we tend to work in Kg in the UK). I find the arms OK, EXCEPT the side lung with the shoulder raise.... after half a set I have to alternate arms else I would fall over!!

Hi Penny 2" off your waist is brilliant. I haven't taken any measurements yet. I completed day 6 this morning (6am) and it killed me today!! I just felt like I had no energy. I still completed it but I didn't feel even nearly as energetic as I did yesterday! Perhaps it's because I did 90mins of yoga last night? I dunno...…

I just completed Day 5 Level 1 Have to say I felt pretty good but those side lunges with shoulder raises absolutely Kill!! Half way through each set I have to go to alternating arms because I just can't do both arms at the same time. I could drop my weights down but they are good for all of the other arm moves so i don't…

Good for you! I thought the idea of 30DS was to work out on 30 consecutive days? I'm only on day 5 but I have been getting up at 6am to workout before work (it's a killer). I was planning to go to level 2 after day 10.... good luck! :-)
