I've been having good luck with chicken breast sandwiches, though they are more like 50p/30c/20f About 500-600 calories depending on how much miracle whip used 10oz chicken breast 2 slices of toast 1 slice of packaged american 2-4Tbsp of light miracle whip

Yep, I go 7 days a week. I do an upper/lower lifting split, then a kettlebell circuit, and then repeat that. Sometimes I'll do 2 circuits in between if I need the extra rest between lifting

I always try to run, but never do. I've lost around 45lbs doing mainly weightlifting. I used to do bootcamp classes once a week and now I do kettlebell circuits a few times a week. Fortunately, whenever I do decide to run, it's always faster and easier.

It's plenty of fun! I did a Super Spartan last year and had a blast. My biggest tip: depending on the trail, wear proper shoes. I wore my Vibrams only to find out it was a gravel trail for about 7 of the 9 miles. Needless to say, my feet were destroyed by mile 3 and it was painful the rest of the way.

You actually just mix it with water. Add half the amount of water as powder and it's good to go.

Same here! I spend 2.5-3 hours everyday. My "rest" days consist of kettlebell circuits. But yeah, I hit up the pool, sauna, and hot tub everyday.

I do legs twice a week. 1 day is deadlifts and focus hard on hamstrings and glutes. The other day is squats and hit the whole legs. Starting my third month like this and seeing some nice size and shape to the legs

Yes that is definitely low carb. That's about Atkins induction phase (20g). I used to be on 50g or less and it worked until it stopped working lol. Good luck!
