Awww guys thank you so much this is REALLY helpful, I am feeling much better and tomorrow morning am getting on that scale. My goal will be to lose whatever I gained by Labor Day :)

I have it and love it! My skin is much firmer and that;s 2 weeks after doing it on and off. I began doing level 1 for 5 days, then do one day I'll do level 3 and another level 2. It's so worth it but you hav eto be committed to do it because it is intense.

I don't know if you gusy are doing it but I am! I finished level 1 and I LOVE level 2, find it much easier. I feel great and I am so glad I decided to get this DVD, you do get results, she is crazy, pushes you to an extreme but it's so worth it.

Anu i think 2 lbs should be fine, I mean I use 3 lbs whenI do squats and the butterfly and trust me when I tell you after 3 sets it BURNS! Yay am so excited, this is going to be fun and we can give each other support. =D
