Suggestions PLEASE

Options
So I've been losing weight and inches, and I am doing pretty good. But I am going away next Thursday and want to lose at least 4 more lbs or 2 inches from my waist by then (that was my expected goal by then). Yes I know it sounds insane but I know it can be done, PLEASE give me your tricks and suggestions. Thanks :wink:

    I don't know nothing (and I can prove it) -

    But IMHO even if you can't hit that magic 4lbs you can have a go at it and what ever it is come next Thursday is what it is.

    1) Keep to your MFP nutrition plan don't try to starve yourself
    2) I've read on MFP that you can't really target a specific area for fat (weight) loss but:
    a) you can do cardio work that will definetly burn the fat.
    b) targeting your abs with whatever exercise(s) you are willing to do is the ones to focus on
    3) Never give up - never surrender :tongue:
