  • I'm glad im not the only one thinking 3 and 4 are killer! seriously dripping in sweat and grunting all the way through!! crazy. definitly can tell it's going to make me stronger though.   • wow! i am on day 5, and have lost 4 pounds so far, AND went spring dress shopping to look cute at a friend's wedding tomorow, and got a LARGE instead of an EXTRA LARGE! :) I am unbelievably pumped. :) This program is working!
