1 lb chicken breast 1 packet onion soup mix 1/4 cup Italian dressing 1/4 cup water dash of garlic powder Throw it in the crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours or so. I usually serve with long grain and wild rice and a salad or veggie.

Thanks everyone for the replies! I knew there'd be others out there who understood. We women are so hard on ourselves sometimes. I know that I'm harder on myself most of the time than anyone else could ever be. But I feel better now that I've let it out!

I would try to find a healthy way to get those 200 calories in. Eating less than 1200 calories a day can sabotage your efforts and make your body hold on to every bite you eat. ("starvation mode")

I don't count my work days as exercise even if I feel like colapsing when I get home. I work out every day that I don't work though so the walking at work is just the icing on the cake.

Thanks gals! I don't have a gym membership and I'd like to avoid paying for one if I can. I'll definitely check with my doc and see what is safe, then go from there I guess.

I'm 5'3" and my original goal was 125. But I'm fluctuating between 116 and 118 and I'm happy! I haven't been losing - I plateaued, so I figure my body must be pretty happy here too.

don't stress! One meal is not going to break your diet! In fact, I personally think it helps to do it once in a while. I eat out sometimes and I even get whatever I want sometimes regardless of calories, and I still lose weight. As long as you aren't doing it every single day you'll be fine! So go out and enjoy your…

I usually don't eat my exercise calories, but I eat between 1300 and 1500 calories most days.

We take turkey, low fat cheese, bread for sandwiches for lunch. Fruits and veggies. Kashi granola bars for breakfast, marinated chicken breast thrown on the grill for dinner with veggies or salad on the side.

I work 3 12's (sometimes 4) and I usually workout every day that I don't work. I figure being on my feet all day is good enough on the days I do work.

Totally agree on Fiber One's Honey Clusters cereal. It's SOOOOO yummy and usually keeps me full for about 3 hours.

MGD 64 sucks! It only has like 2.5 percent alcohol, that's how it has so few calories. So you'd have to drink 2 to get the same effect as 1 regular (even lite) beer. I hear ya. Eating out is way hard. I went out tonight and had a grilled chicken sandwich (no cheese, just this poppyseed dressing stuff) and a cup of French onion soup. That at up pretty much all of the 900 calories I had alotted. YIKES.

Ick. I didn't like it. THe meat was really bland, the sauce was the only thing that made it edible for me. Won't be making this one again, although I may use the sauce for some BBQ chicken or something sometime.

I agree. I also like Best Foods Canola Oil Mayo. Less fat and calories than regular and still tastes good.

Trying this tonight...although I'll be using regular ketchup and brown sugar...doesn't effect the calories that much and those 2 ingredients are expensive! ($3 for a tiny bottle of ketchup and $6 for the splenda brown surgar).
