exercising with foot injuries (surgery)
Hi all...I'm most likely going to have to have surgery on at least one, possibly both feet in Jan or Feb. I am so paranoid that I'm going to balloon up because I won't be able to do my normal exercise routine. Any ideas for good ways to get in cardio/strength training while I'm healing? Thanks, Megan

Does anyone know if their calorie count on their website for the quick catch lunch includes the side item it comes with? Specifically, I want to get the wood grilled shrimp and chicken lunch and it comes with wild rice pilaf, but I don't know if the rice is included in the calorie count.

I'm confused. I've always heard that one of the big reasons people don't lose weight is that they think that they can eat more calories because they exercised. But I keep reading on here that you have to eat your exercise calories in order to succeed. Which is right?
