I know that it's impossible to get an accurate count since they don't provide nutrition info, but we went to Claim Jumper tonight and I got the BBQ Chicken Skewer meal. It has a BBQ chicken skewer with I'm estimating to be at most 6oz of chicken on it, and some bell peppers and onions, about a cup I think of basmati rice, and about a cup of field greens salad with some sort of vinagarette, balsamic I think. I estimated this to be about 850 calories, hoping to have overestamated rather than underestemated. Does this sound like a good ballpark figure?

Sounds about right for normal food, unfortunately Claim Jumper and other restaurants ALWAYS add extra fat through the liberal use of butter. Even foods that normally don't have butter in them have butter in them. So who knows. But think of it this way, you are one pound away from your goal. You can have a meal now and then that doesn't conform to your plan. Enjoy!

I know this is a very old thread, but in case anyone else searches for Claim Jumper like I did (going Friday), they do have Nutritional Info available now: www.claimjumper.com/menu_nutritional_information.aspx

It's really shocking how many calories pretty much everything has. The average seems to be about 1500. Their Beef Back Ribs is 4301!! Holy cow!

Oh well, I'll just have to resolve to forget the diet tomorrow and work out extra tomorrow and Saturday.
