  • Almost 4 years. Lost 113 over the first 2 years. Then I took a 1.5 year long diet "break" and regained 6 lbs. Got back on the wagon in January and have lost those 6 plus another 9. 122 down. 12 lbs to goal. Gonna get there eventually!
  • At 5' 8", the "ideal" weight charts show a range of 138-164.4 lbs for a woman. That's a 26.4 lb swing. My goal has been 160, but maybe I need to adjust that lower. How depressing. :(

  • I rarely eat ice cream, but when I do I want a decent size serving. Not the measly 1/2 listed on the carton. I had an entire pint of Halo Top the other day. For lunch. At 280 calories I cured my ice cream craving for the foreseeable future and still got plenty of protein. Win!

  • Have you tried Halo Top ice cream? Many flavors have just 240 calories in a PINT. And they have 25g of protein.
