I assumed that's what they were doing with the "free" fruit and veggies, makes sense. I just started doing WW along w/ MFP. I feel a lil more accountability and consistency with going to the meetings. I feel better already, after just one week of doing both.

Fresh fruit is always good, but if you want to feel like it's more of a dessert, you could bake apples with cinnamon. Or, if you can have rice, you could make like a rice pudding without egg and sugar, just add fruit and soy or rice milk.

All these responses are good, except the advice to skip breakfast. I usually end up hungrier later if I don't eat any breakfast. A nutritionist told me that even a non fat latte for breakfast is better than nothing at all. What really helps me is to drink a glass of water and talk a walk after eating. Then the food starts…
