if your eating 1,500 calories a day and you burn 500 that leaves u with a net of 1,000 cals a day which is good so you should be loosing not gaining. It has been working for me!!! Reminds me to hold my stomach in when i work out which is tightening it back up ( after two kids..lol.) ive lost 3 inches off my waist in 3 months!
