Thank you for your responses. Yes I am trying to lose weight so I am trying to figure out my best plan of action to be able to do that. This has been helpful so I will be paying closer attention to my protein and fiber intake.

As far as workouts, Monday I started bikini body mommy 3.0 on you tube. She is a great motivator as well as gives you great 12-25 min workouts.

I am in the same boat. I have 30 pounds to lose as well. It seems all week I have been eating well and when I post my foods I am always under my calories that I should be eating. I started today. Plan on doing it every morning before work. I have a really hard time sticking to things but hopefully I can do this, as I need to tone up a quite a bit in 30 days...lol

I plan on staring monday 1/21. I want to do the jumpstart workout but not the meal plan. Do you think it matters if I do both the workouts in the morning rather than one in the am and the other in the pm?

I started day 1 of the Kickstart today as well. I did both phase 1 and cardio today. Phase 1 seemed very easy, did you find that as well? Cardio was tough but not too bad. I will only be able to do the kickstart workout through Thursday because i have to go out of town but once I am back I will jump into the 90 day…
