So I'm new to tracking my exercise and food. I've started doing the 30 Day Shred and was wondering how everyone else logs this. Do you just enter it into Cardio, or do you also track the strength moves?

It isn't in the database, but you can make your own exercises. It's easier if you have a hrm and so you don't have to estimate your calories burned :)

I'm on day 8 of Level 1 and I'm burning 185 calories for this level. I know this because I'm wearing my HRM to log it.

I bought my Polar FT4 on ebay for about $60.
  • I picked one up at Walgreens- only about 30 dollars. I also found a website that you can put in your age, weight, time and average heart rate and it gives you a much more accurate accounting for calories burned.

Check eBay and places like Amazon - I got my New Balance N4 (regular price around $70) for $26 on eBay. If you want to check stores locally, try Target, WalMart, Best Buy.
  • I enter it as circuit training under the cardio.
