Not trying to sound judgy, but I think you should just accept and love what you have. Plastic surgery is just ridiculous, and quite frankly, if I was a guy I'd be turned off by a woman with fake assets. It just evokes falseness and insecurity.

Yes! I always work out alone. It's relaxing, I can pretty much do my own thing and concentrate. I see no purpose in talking, I'm always in "the zone" when I go to the gym so I rarely converse for very long.
