  • thanks so much for all your responses! as far as the cucumbers=bad post, i'm eating all my other regular fruits and vegetables. this will be a good snack for when i just need something to munch on. they have a lot of water and some vitamins too. thank you everyone for all your ideas!

  • i have a lot of craving. anywhere from potato chips to ice cream. my favorites i've kept around are sugar free pudding. i freeze the chocolate kind and it's realllly good. also 100 calorie snacks. they have fudgeshop stripe cookies, cheez-its, now they've got oreo cakesters. the hard part is to NOT refuse your cravings.…

  • i always make my own shake and bake ish kinda thing.. i take two pieces of whole wheat bread and break them up into tiny pieces. shake some random spices in there.. ususally pepper, garlic salt, lawreys.. whatever and i blend it or put it in a food processor. then coat it with flour, then a beaten egg, then the coating.…

  • what i do is add every ingredient individually first as the whole package. like if you used 1 can of soup in the recipe say one whole can. after everything is added, click SAVE MEAL.. save it. then remove all the little individual things, add food, add whatever portion of that you ate, and voila! :bigsmile:
