I think it would be best if you continued doing month ones workouts. Shaun T always wants perfect form. I think if you went to month twos workouts when month 1 is still challenging it might be hard to have perfect form. Good luck :drinker:

The thing that I foud worked THE BEST was honestly writing down how I felt everyday and what happend during the day. This helped me solve the problems with myself basically because I used to eat to hide what I was feeling too but once I started writing down exactly how i felt it became easier to forgive myself for eating…

Maybe you could try a wii fit, I know it is not that cheap but it is a fun work out for someone just starting out. I think that videos are a good idea too. As far as running goes I used to not be able to run for 2 mins either then I just tried slowing down the pace and focused on breathing and it became easier. Hope…

ok that sounds good. We should do some weekly challeges like try to work out 30 mins longer or do 50 more sit ups..idk just something to keep it fun :wink:
