Good day bad night

I did good all day, and then at about 8:00 I got the sweet tooth. I went way over my calories! :mad: my own worst enemy!

  • It happens to everyone!!! Just don't give up and promise yourself to do better tomorrow. For my late night sweet tooth I always have low fat Jello chocolate pudding in the fridge - only 90 calories. I also keep a small bag of M&M's on hand - only 10 calories per M&M.
