I currently weigh 100lbs and my goal is eventually getting to 125-130

Yes, it's very easy. Calculate approximately how much your body burns a day (there's plenty of calculators online). Eat that amount a day.

You should look into a term called "drunkorexia". I don't recommend this at all. It's a vicious cycle, I ended up as an alcoholic anorexic. Not saying it will happen to you but be careful.

Probably not, there's a huge age difference.

It really depends on how attractive he is.

I always mix it with tuna and add salt and pepper. It makes a delicious protein tuna salad which can be eaten on bread, with other food or on its own.

I used to not care about my weight at all. I used to always weigh 125 pounds. Then I started college and got a boyfriend and didn't weigh myself for months. Then I decided to weigh myself for the hell of it. I'd gained 13 pounds. I freaked out and decided to lose the weight. Then I lost more. Here I am, at 116 pounds and I…

Every morning, after I go to the bathroom, before I eat/drink anything.

Get it checked out right away, it could be appendicitis.

I have never lost weight as permanently as when I attempted the "eat stop eat" diet. I could exercise and build muscle while I did it, too!

Daily, seriously. I just reply "I know I don't need to, but I want to, so I will."

Oh my, you look amazing. I doubt your fat% is that high. You should try having a professional measure it with one of those things, it's much more accurate:

I had this problem and I'm still working on it. I replaced bread with crisp bread (it has less carbs.. well, less everything, really). Try joining a group on here called "happy herbivores", there's a lot of threads there about this.

I used to have long hair (you can see a bit of it in my avatar). I shaved it off. I haven't regretted it. Some days I think about how nice it would be to have long hair, but I still don't regret the decision. It's hair, it'll grow back!

I read somewhere that it was there to make it easier for the skin to stretch when a woman gets pregnant, so I don't think getting rid of it would be easy. Don't take my word for it though, I can't remember if I read it at a reliable place.

This is the way I see it: I've trained myself to think "EW" every time I see greasy or sugary food. I wouldn't let cake, candy, chips or stuff like that anywhere near my mouth. Because I've trained myself to see it not as food but just as "EW".

500 calories is not a binge. 500 calories is a meal.

I actually ate a cheeseburger the other day. Here's how it was: Burger bread Vegetarian meat replacement Feta cheese Salsa sauce Fresh vegetables It was somewhere around 300 calories.

It's a picture from before I shaved it off!

Protein rich food keeps me full much longer (and usually doesn't contain that many calories), thus I eat less and end up weighing less!
