I seriously felt like this whole this was a trap when I started. I was panicked over all th fat consumption. Yesterday I ate bacon chips dipped in guacamole, a ton of wings, nachos made with bell peppers, and chili. I was sure I was going to wake up heavier and with an extra chin. Down 1.5 today. It's just so crazy!!

I think I'm still in "too good to be true" mode. I want to make sure my goals look right. It's still so new to me that there could be a major error and I would miss it. Like, do the goals look ok? Is that a good choice for percentages?

Wow good point about the eggs! I use olive oil spray,a generous amount. I need to track that!! Oh btw, it's infused with chipotle, so it's tummy and flavorful! I recommend infused olive oils!

Hi everyone! I'm 5'3". I started at 184 and now I'm just under 140. Been stuck here for awhile and I keep gaining and losing the same 5 pounds. I think this might be my set weight, I'm not altogether motivated to get much smaller.

You look great! I have pros too. I have had great success with a lower carb diet. For the first time in my life I get a monthly period. Never had that before, and I think it is because of the low carb/low sugar diet.
