I do the high protein, low carb thing. Helps me alot, and I feel better about myself....not to mention I AM losing weight! ^_^

No it's not bad for you, only if you eat alot of red meat. MFP's protein goal is really low. Just make sure to drink water, and have some fiber so it digests better. I've heard that it helps with weight loss also. I LOVE spicy foods. Suppossed to speed up your metabolism, make you drink more water etc,. I wouldn't use it as a weight loss tool myself though, I just enjoy hot stuff - in moderation. Hot salsa is yummy on my salad lol

Yes, I am! Some people don't realize just how hard having PCOS is. I've known about it since I was 18 (I'll be 29 next month) Clomid hasn't worked for me, at least yet.... I have the same problem here, but.... I can walk briskly back and forths through my house, or jog/run in place. It's been working for me :)

I always had to eat what was set before me, or go without. I was told however that it would still be there for me if I changed my mind.

If it keeps you on track AND helps you keep in budget.. Why wouldn't you? It's not obsessive, it's a smart thing to do :)

Plain Oatmeal, Honey Nut Cheerios (I LOVE them lol), and garlic. If I'm not able to buy fresh garlic, I still use garlic powder on just about all my meats lol
