I thought I had this in the bag, as I've done turbojam and other kickboxing- but man I was wrong! Made it 40min- but only because I waited so late to do it with hubby, no more lol morning it is from now on. Im so uncoordinated for the punches.

I really enjoyed it! I was super scared thought it was going to be all crazy lunges, but I was actually able to do them. Wall squats are insane though! I love me some kickboxing, so bring on tomorrow!!! :-) Anyone else "feeling" a difference yet? I feel stronger and tighter lol :-)

No yoga- the DVD missing out of my set hopefully I'll find something to replace it for next week because I actually like yoga. So I had a rest day after cleaning up after my sick kids all night :( back on it today!!

I'm loving and hating ab ripper x too! Arms & shoulders felt good though I switched between 5 and 10lb weights. My hubby skipped out because he was "sore" from last night lol :-) He called me a beast though- made me feel pretty good!

Try 30DS, make a comittment to it- it took me a full week before I could get through all of level 1 and last week I completed the full 30 days. Do it modified and maybe in sections at first. It's a great stepping stone to other workouts. I'm now doing p90x - borrowed from a friend- and I never thought I'd be able to do it.…

Completed! Chest&back, and ab ripper x :) Some things I learned: Need heavier weights Need tighter band And I can out workout my hubby ;-) Ab ripper is killer!!! I actually like this program! I'm hoping results follow :)

I eat back some: but not all except if I'm super hungry- listen to your body. On days I added turbojam I burned almost 900 calories so I deffinately needed more. My daily goal was 1200 at first but that was not enough so I upped it to 1380. I try to get in between 1250-1450 daily.

This is the reason I did Pilates and yoga- it really stretched things out and helped me feel a lot less sore.

BTW I'm short 5'1 and I started out barely able to use 3lb weights and finished with 5lb able to go to 8 lb if I had them...
