Just use some kind of liquid. Instead of cereal in the morning i have cardboard and milk. It goes down kind of easy. Plus its a lot cheaper then paying for cereal too.

If you are hungry eat. Going over one day one mess your diet up. I did it once i ate over 3500 calories on day. Then the next day i weighted myself i lost weight. You are hungry because your body needs food.

Dont take it like im BSing it may sound like that but im not. Just dont think about it. When you think about it, then it seems impossible. Just do what i said and its easy to drink 8+ cups a day sometimes i get 15 doing it like that.

Ok what i do is get a cup, fill it up with ice then put water in it. Then i drink it. I do this 8 times a day. Thats how i do it.
