Looks like a great routine!0

Sorry, I just think you're bragging.0
-
I would say so0
-
I would say that's more than enough!!! Pick at least one day a week for just taking it easy. Your body needs rest as much as it needs activity.0
-
No...no you are not!0
-
No. You should do more a lot more.0
-
That is a whole lot of exercise. More than my body could handle and I run 40+ miles a week.0
-
Sorry, I just think you're bragging.
kinda agree, you know you're doing enough when it's 2-3 hrs a day.....0 -
If you have to ask then probably not. Concentrate on what your body is telling you rather than a forum full of people with different genetics.0

only you can answer these questions. are you really spent at the end of the work outs? or do you feel like you have a little more to give?0 -
Sorry, I just think you're bragging.
I disagree....0 -
Are you sleeping enough? With all that cardio you will definately need it!0
-
You should seriously consider swapping some volume for intensity.0

Take one day as a rest day; rest is paramount!0 -
Only you can decide that.0
-
Is this a serious question? I would say too much! 60 minutes a day is sufficient.
Sounds like your life is at the gym- Sounds like soooo much fun :sad:0 -
2-3 hours a day with no rest days?
I think it's too much.
Why are you asking?0 -
You forgot to add "fishing" on Wednesday at 03:53 PM!
I am kidding.. Great job!0 -
I think this is a question you need to ask yourself. Are you content with your routine. Are you achieving what you want to achieve (goals)? I truly believe (for me) that if I push myself for 1 hour 5-6 days a week and have balanced nutrition then I am doing enough.
Another question is. Will this routine eventually burn you out? Will you be able to maintain this lifestyle (give this much time to that much exercise)? Probably not. If you find a balance that you can call a lifestyle you are more likely to stick to it.0 -

i couldn't agree more.0 -

yeah 2-3 hours seems a lot........ dont know why the OP felt she needed to ask if it was enough in the first place :ohwell:
Also nobody can really answer this question for you . None of us are in your body. We cant feel your exhaustion, see your weekly progress or how your muscles feel. You know what needs work.
Unless I was your personal trainer and met with you on a weekly basis- I honestly have no idea how to answer this.0 -
seriously???? you ask if that is enough? WTF? if anything it is too much. I feel like you are bragging and trying to rub it in people's faces0

Thank you all for your opinions and comments! I know people my age who run a lot more and bike a lot more, so honestly I wasn't sure if classes are enough.
I'm not trying to brag at all. I'm concerned i'm not getting enough variety, as I am not losing weight, i'm eating clean and watch my carbs. I'm actually very frustrated!0 -
uhhhhh...... :noway:0

thank you for the educational response that i was looking for!!0 -
All I have to say is that I'd hate to see how much you have to eat to keep up with all that!0
-
How much are you eating a day?0
-
Well it depends on what you're trying to achieve, if your training for something specific it sounds great. If it's to lose weight and improve your body I'd say it's waaaaay too much!0
-
Your exercise routine puts mine to shame big time!! I think ive done well if I've done 45 minutes in a day!! Best go and dust that treadmill off...0

That can stifle progress.
MFP suggests a daily net calorie intake to result in 1 lb of weight loss per week.
1 pound equals 3500 calories.
3500 divided by 7 days equals 500 calories per day. Our MFP daily number already has that 500 calories subtracted.
When we exercise, that green number goes up, because MFP expects us to eat back your exercise calories to keep your net daily calorie intake steady; that's how MFP works. Read this to learn more.

Just follow the MFP recommendations for healthy, steady and lasting results.
You could reduce quicker, but what would be the quality of that weight loss?
It could lead to increased muscle loss, and that stifles metabolism.
No, eat right, exercise - both cardio and resistance, lose weight in such a way that maintains health and preserves lean body mass which burns more calories at rest.
Good luck to you.:flowerforyou:
