I would say that's more than enough!!! Pick at least one day a week for just taking it easy. Your body needs rest as much as it needs activity.

That is a whole lot of exercise. More than my body could handle and I run 40+ miles a week.

kinda agree, you know you're doing enough when it's 2-3 hrs a day.....

If you have to ask then probably not. Concentrate on what your body is telling you rather than a forum full of people with different genetics.

only you can answer these questions. are you really spent at the end of the work outs? or do you feel like you have a little more to give?

You should seriously consider swapping some volume for intensity.

Is this a serious question? I would say too much! 60 minutes a day is sufficient.
Sounds like your life is at the gym- Sounds like soooo much fun

2-3 hours a day with no rest days?

    I think it's too much.

    Why are you asking?

I think this is a question you need to ask yourself. Are you content with your routine. Are you achieving what you want to achieve (goals)? I truly believe (for me) that if I push myself for 1 hour 5-6 days a week and have balanced nutrition then I am doing enough.

Another question is. Will this routine eventually burn you out? Will you be able to maintain this lifestyle (give this much time to that much exercise)? Probably not. If you find a balance that you can call a lifestyle you are more likely to stick to it.
