I suggest that you try and eat clean healthy food and eat the foods that you love. not every meal plan is meant for everyone. Everyone has their own guides. Use MFP to make sure you stay within your calorie goals

Fire that nutrionist!! Yes avocados and nuts are high in fat but they are high in good fats. It is true that if you eat that in excess that you will gain weight. Fit it in with your other calories then you should be good

My daughter hates the gym also and she's two!! Lol. I always have to take her to the sitter when I want to go workout. I find home workouts are best for me. But some days I just want to go to the gym. Now that I have my niece on a few days of the week I take both of them to the gym with me and my daughter doesn't cry now…

yes you will gain weight. Mostly water weight. Your body has to hold on to water during your monthly cycle then you release it ater your cycle goes away. hope this helps

I love turbo fire. Before I got pregnant I was doing Turbo Fire and Insanity together and it rocked. Turbo Fire is a great high intensity workout and it has fun kickboxing moves. You wont get bored. Try it and let me know how u like it

if u are going to weight train u definetely needprotein to feed your muscles. Try drinking a protein shake one to two times per week, that will help u reach yoour protein needs. Me personally I love to drink Shakeology, its much cleaner and healthier than most protein shakes on the market.
