I got a weekend membership to the YMCA, and everyone there seems to mind their own business, myself included. I felt really awkward there the first month but... actually Ive only been going there a month so I still feel awkward but Im getting over it lol.

I love sweets, so I always save enough calories to have a sugar-free pudding cup. Or sometimes I substitute it for a bite sized Twix bar. The issue with that is having it in the house... you have to be able to stop yourself with one.

I got an electric one at Big Lots for like 10 bucks. It seems pretty accurate. Most of them should work reasonably well so I woudlnt worry too much unless you get one that has different readings than you get at your friends (significantly different, since elevation can effect the reading)

Because drinking calories isnt going to make you feel full, and it will be harder to sick to your calorie goal. If feeling full isnt an issue, you can go ahead and do it, but if you are always feeling hungry you should use the calories for more food.

Im lazy and not very hungry so I got Yoplait light yogurt to eat in mornings. I follow it up with a light snack later in the morning when I actually get hungry, like grapes or an apple or a 100 calorie snack pack of something.
