Great job on your success!!! I loved reading your experience as I am a nurse that works for a company that does wellness coaching. It is awesome when people actually utilize the benefits and reap the awards. Keep it up :)

I also am 60" and about 172. I am looking to be 120-130 range. I havent figured out my cal range, when I stick to 1200 I do good for a few days and then my brain goes haywire and binge. I am thinking I should up my cal to about 1400 and hoping that will keep me more even keel.

We have similar paths! I have done the C25K, though its been almost 2 mo since I ran last. Kinda got out of my routine after I did a few 5k's. Havent tracked my food or eaten well for that matter. I did recently buy the 30 day shred, I did it once wow that was a work out. Would love some motivation!

We bought a 1/8th of cow last Fall and still have meat. It is the best burger and roasts I have ever made. The steaks are great also, tender but I have to watch them on the grill, last time I left them they were dripping to much and my grill looked like it was going to start on fire. I guess thats maybe a reason to cook…
