Oh wow, thanks for posting this question. I never eat until it says "zero" because I know that I leave lttle things off like sauce or syrup...hmm. I think I need toeat more.

Well this may not be excerise in general sense but always take the stairs to class. Always park as far you can from the school building but not at night unless it's safe.

I use to watch the show too.. I miss the last two or three seasons. Oh , well I won't be returning now after this thread.

My friends don't even comment on my page but I comment on theirs. Oh well, I am getting this weight off even if I have no support. At the end of the day, Its about the me and how i feel about myself and right now I am not please with my body.

Well I normally jog every day indoors but I notice that I look at the clock a lot. So now, I plan to walk at least two miles a day and maybe increase it to 5 miles in about a month. I hope this helps me at least get five lbs offs
