FACT: The percentage of adolescents aged 12-19 years who were obese increased from 5% in 1980 to 18% in 2008.
FACT: Soft drink makers such as Coca-Cola and Pepsi switched to High Fructose Corn Syrup in the U.S. and Canada in 1984.
Neat huh? I avoid that stuff at all costs, I know its nearly impossible to avoid it 100%, but I am teaching my kids to go more natural with products they eat.0 -
