My name is Ashley
I'm new to using the online fitness pal because i have the app on my phone, but i found that i got lazy with that. really, i just want to tone up and lose a few pounds. And i think the hardest part is the last 10 lbs, because who really looks at that, right? I'm 115 lbs, and 5'4. so far i''ve lost 30 lbs just by eating better, but the rest is going to have to come off with exercise.
The trouble with that is finding the time. Being a full time student, and having a full time job leaves me feeling just like eating and going to bed when i get home. My ambition seems to come and go pretty quickly. If i'm in the mood i'll get right to it, but if not i find myself unable to drag my butt to the gym. Also I just moved to South Carolina from Michigan, and I don't really know anyone around me to work out with. exercise for me isn't fun, anyone have any tips on getting excited? or even just motivated.

    Well this may not be excerise in general sense but always take the stairs to class. Always park as far you can from the school building but not at night unless it's safe.
