i have a problem drinking super cold water, also. i prefer no ice in my water so around room temperature. i used to LOVE ice in my water, but now i can't stand my water to be too cold for some reason. i drink more water when it's not freezing cold.

i've done my best to cut out diet soda. i feel like it makes me hungrier and i've heard that it can actually cause you to gain weight. i've done pretty much the same things as you with cutting out red meat and drinking unsweetened tea and water. i drink a TON of water haha.

thank you so much! for me, i really needed to stop eating so much JUNK. and my biggest thing is to drink water. i realize that on my off days i usually drank hardly any water. you also have to completely stop drinking diet coke. it makes you hungry for some reason. water will control your hunger. I completely understand that! You have to eat a lot of protein too. Add hard boiled eggs, chicken, canned tuna (very low cal and very high protein). For your snacks, add a little protein to them too. Like apples with peanut butter. Hope this helps!

i totally understand! i'm doing C25K also. I just finished week 3 and i think i'm going to repeat the week again. it was intense, but i felt so great after!

hey! i also get up early and go to the gym. i eat a luna bar every morning. i know they're made for women, but they're made by the same company that makes clif bars. Clif bars are actually really delicious. you should try a clif bar. my luna bar keeps me energized for my entire workout (:
