I do not like this one, simply because it is soooooo cardio based. I have several of her tapes and this is the hardest one IMO. If you can handle the hard core cardio then you will most likely love it! She is def a beast!

My husband is a fireman, so he works every third day. I had to decided how badly I want to achieve my goals and how I can achieve that goal. I say get rid of them as fast oas possible! haha! I get rid of mine for two reasons: 1) I NEVER want to be this size again and I think it would to easy to slowly get back into that Old groove if I knew the old clothes where still there 2) They would most likely be out of style, since I do NOT plan of wearing them anytime…

wow! I just ran across this and can so relate to you. I was walking in my neighborhood on Saturday morning. I came around a corner proceded down the street and there sat a huge pitbull in the front yard with its owner. I was on the opposite side of the road and continued to walk past the house......not sure where the owner…

When I first started logging my food it was crazy how much sugar I was consuming during the day. I am now to where I no longer have to watch my sugar unless I eat a lot of fruit or desserts. I try not to stress about the sugars in fruits and veggies just the unnatural sugars. Good Luck!

Well I have lost 16 pounds total and some before I started taking measurements. I calculated my before fat on this site 43.6% fat at 164 36% at my current weight of 152 I guess this is pretty good for 12 pound loss.
