Just sent you a friend request, I have basically the same lifestyle, my kids play sports and we are starting baseball/softball soon and that is the crazy time for me 3 kids on 3 different teams is a bit challenging but I will make it work.

MFP has a BMI calculator that will give you a good guide, at the top are tabs click on the tab that says APPS and then you will see right under the apps tabs the blue bar and on that bar will be BMI click on it and put in your info. I think it depends on the person, When I was in better shape I use to weigh myself everyday and that way I knew I was still on track. When I stopped weighing myself I gained a ton of weight. As long as you realize you are not going to lose weight everyday you are going to be ok weighing everyday. I think the only downer…

I have dropped the ball on this challenge, no weight loss for me. I havent been focused on weight loss lately, but I am still exercising so I havent gained any weight while I have been off the wagon.

You really shouldnt eat too many of those meals because they are loaded with sodium but if you eat them you should still eat fresh fruits and veggies and snacks. Goodluck

I have heard it both ways. No because with the tea your body treats it different than water but sometimes I feel as long as its not pop (soda) it should count.

Goodluck with the diet, I am usually under my goal too, sometimes I just dont feel like eating more food, well at least eating more heathly food LOL I could put down a bag of chips or ice cream anytime.

I have an apple shape (I think) I gain most of my weight in the middle, I have boobs and no butt. I love my curves just wished I had more of a waist, I wear one of those spanx type shirts so I can have some sort of waist. My goal is to lost this weight and get rid of the spanx

Ugh it doesnt feel like it, its still hard but I am making it my goal to lose this weight. I measured my wrist and its 7inch around so I have a large frame so maybe I should keep my goal at 150 but I may try 140 (but not too hard LOL)
