it generally takes me an hour. lunges, dead lifts,hamstring curls, butt lifts, jump lunges, side lunges, sumo squats with weights, i mix them up each day.

i make a chicken broth with a bullion cube and hot water and throw some extra rice(brown)in it

thanks this is exactly what i was thinking. i have been going over the 1200 ranging up to 1500. but not realy worrying about it because im eating clean and lean. i just want to be sure i dont start gaining weight, as i do want to loose just a few more stubborn pounds

I love the air popper. i had one and it broke. i had a bag of kernels in the pantry. thats why i was inquiring about stove popping. :)

1 cup of oil popped pop corn is only 55 calories. so unless your eating a ridiculous amount of it, its actually a fairly healthy snack. if tons of butter and salt is not added

i have lost over 20 pounds working out heavy 5 days a week and only eating a few extra over. and i am the healthiest i ever have been

I am a chocolate addict. im better off not eating it. if i have some i wont be able to stop. i better off fighting the craving

i do add my protein, dont add my pre work out drink or amino's and biotin. hmmmm maybe i should?

i drink the bigelow green tea with peach. its good! i dont add anything to it. i have at least one cup a day to fill me up in the afternoon. its supposed to be good for belly fat also. so i read some where

i love it. i juice once a day mid afternoon to hold me over sometimes. i would never sit and eat 6 carrots, 2 apples, 5 celery sticks, a whole bunch of kale, a clump of ginger etc. in one day or sitting

i always try to stay with in my calories and sugars. protein, i always go over.

i cant agree more. I recently in the past few months changed my lifting plan to heavier weight less reps, and I have noticed such a change in deffinition. And I am not bulky at all. Women dont have the levels of testosterone that men have. my reccomendation, LIFT HEAVY for less reps. if its to easy to lift your getting…
