  • I agree with the above, a HRM would give you the most accurate reading. For a phase 1 session I burn about 260 and for the phase 2 session I burn about 280.

  • I would suggest getting a heart rate monitor because every persons body is different. But if you can't, I would log it in as "aerobics" for 60 minutes and see what calories MFP comes up with. For one hour with weights, it should be between 500-700 calories. I know when I do an hour of cardio blast I burn around 750.
