  • Thanks everyone. I just want to make sure I'm eating enough calories to keep producing plenty of milk for my baby! I didn't diet with my first son while I was breastfeeding, so I wasn't sure what the best approach was. He didn't wean until 15 months and I don't want to wait that long to lose all the weight this time.
  • Yes I have been taking my vitamins. I just found out last week and I'm VERY early. Just about 4-5 weeks right now. This will be my second baby. No nausea so far.   • Well I've been feeling bloated lately from lots of carbs. I'm not going to cut them all out. I just want to eat less. I LOVE carbs. A LOT. I'm trying to eat them like 1 meal a day and 1 snack instead of every meal and snack. I gotta have my cereal!

  • I usually get Danon light and fit greek yogurt (80 cal) and add 1 tbsp of dark chocolate chips (70 cal). I like either coconut or vanilla yogurt. Great for sweet cravings.

  • Thanks! I started weighing my food today instead of just measuring. There were a few things I was overestimating (apples) but for the most part I've been pretty spot on with that. I just added a few higher calorie foods that I don't usually eat to try to get a few more calories in every day. We'll see if that works!
