That is an awesome NSV! I have a little more to lose to be able to wear my rings again...hopefully soon!

YES! I'll be there to run/walk it with a friend. I finished the C25K and just started Bridge to 10K, so hope to run most of it. Plus, it will be the first time that I won't be drunk/drinking during the race :) Oh yeah, there are lots of naked runners! I am on the waiting list for the Color Run in SF (*crosses fingers that…

^^ THIS. I noticed that MFP or other apps were giving me incorrect calories burned. An HRM is the way to go.

^^ THIS! My husband and I also left organized religion and are better people because of it. OP: Thank you for posting.

I completely agree - drives me nuts! My dad was in the military, so my family was always on time if not early. However, my husband's family (brothers, parents, cousins, etc) is always late, so we tell them an earlier time. On our wedding invites, we listed 1:30pm as our starting time even though the ceremony did not start…

I go to the Farmer's market once a month and I have a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) box delivered weekly. I don't always know what will be in the box which is great because I get introduced to fruits/veggies I wouldn't normally choose.
-
I thought this out loud too!
-
Hahahaha You got me too! Now, where's the chocolate?
-
Congratulations! What an inspiration!

Woohoo! This post just helped me make a decision as to which HRM to get. Thanks all - I can't wait for my FT4 to arrive!
-
Great job! Congrats!

This is great! My first time out was 40 min and so far I have only been able to get it down to 38! How long did it take for you to get down to 35 min?

After finishing the program last week, today I decided to "try" running a full 3.1 miles instead of repeating any of the weeks. And I did it! I ran the whole 5K without walking - and in 40.14 minutes! I hope to get it under 30 min soon before my first 5K race :) I absolutely love this program!
-
great job!!!! congratulations on your success so far!

Woohoo! I did it! I just finished week 9 day 3 :) At 30 min, I ran 2.51 miles outside. Since I was running for time vs. distance, I want to repeat week 7, 8, and 9 again to increase my speed to get to 3.1 miles. My first 5K isn't until July, so I have some time. Congratulations to all the other graduates!

I've lost my weight so far with walking/running outside and using MFP to count my calories. You don't need one!
-
Congrats! You can do this!
-
I am 5'4" and started at 230 lbs. Anyone is welcome to add me - we can lose this weight together!
-
I have two: In the last few days, 3 people that I see on a regular basis told me that they noticed I've lost weight. Also, I went shopping for some new workout clothes and now have to return them for a smaller size :)

WOW - Congratulations! Well done!

Congrats! What an accomplishment!
