I definitely understand how you feel. My hubby is in great shape and very motivating but it is so much harder when he is home. I really just have to stay focused on my goals. He will do workouts with me even though I'm in such horrible shape that I can barely complete it. It's nice to have someone in your corner though.

I just log it as Aerobics-Low impact or General. You could also add it to your personal exercises.

I make tuna salad with avocado instead of mayo. I sometimes add feta and it is yummy.

Whenever this happens to me, my body usually comes looking for those leftover calories within the next couple days. Save them for tomorrow.

Yeah I was shocked at the amount of calories my Bodymedia Fit says I burn in a day. I have averaged about 3200 cals/day for the past week.

I log it because it burns like 200 calories for me in 30 minutes. I just added it to my diary but you could also use the cleaning entry.

Add me to the pre loggers. I find it helpful for staying on track and not overeating. It also helps me use up things in the fridge before it goes bad and I have to throw it out.

Yes the same happens for me. I eat breakfast but it's not until about 10 or 11am (I'm up at 6 during the week). I'm usually just not hungry in the mornings though.

I will be 30 in May and I want to lose over 100 pounds. I am currently 283 and I don't have goal weight exactly but I know I want to be less than 200. Anyone feel free to add me. My diary is open to friends.

I've noticed that I was doing this unintentionally. I'm just naturally hungrier on the weekends or a little more spontaneous. I usually have some calories left over during the week so I use them on the weekends. So far it has not hindered my weight loss.

You don't have to go to a gym to workout. I find videos online or walk around my neighborhood. I guess I'm shocked that people don't want to be more fit. So you lose some weight but still get winded walking up stairs? I don't get it.

Haven't done the squat challenge but I do love fitness blender's 100 squat video. It keeps it from becoming so boring.

I don't count cleaning but I did count washing the car because it's not something I do everyday and burned a lot of calories doing it. According to my HRM it was 340 calories in 53 minutes.

Yes some of their workouts are tough but they also have some for beginners which I love. Try the low impact workouts.

It will only ruin your progress if you let it. One day of not-so-great eating is not gonna derail you, unless you use it as an excuse to do the same thing tomorrow and the next day. Suck it up and move on.

What about days you aren't working? Do you meet your calorie goal? Go over? Whenever I don't meet my goal I just save those calories for the weekend. As long as it all averages out over a week's time, I don't sweat it too much. Eat some peanut or almond butter. Add avocado to just about anything. Have some ice cream.
