Hi I'm on week three..... Well it's taken me 7 weeks to get to week 3 lol! Trying to be brave enough to do week 4 thinking Monday! I go 6 days a week! Love it x

Well this is the right step in the right direction. Just jump on board, it may be slow to come off but it stays off x try and eat healthily and exercise... The rest will happen naturally x you will get loads of hints and ideas here xxx you can be friend me... I seem to of been here forever xxx

I have done 3 weeks of week 1 and I have just started week 2! I think I might do C25K in 6months! Oh and I'm 169lb 5 ft 6" xxx good luck... If I can do it anyone can.. I have been a smoker since I was 13yrs!

Try fillet or rib eye xxx softer meat as the muscle is not used so much x

Wow I am so impressed! I have just started C25K and appreciate what you have done! I am finding it very hard, I am only on week one. I am 48 and I have smoked for 35 yrs which doesn't help. However I am determined, really determined and so hope one day I will be able to run a half marathon! Well done you x

If you work hard and are dedicated you can lose big style! Men seem to lose more than woman. If you are eating 1500 cals and burning 700 you will need to eat some of your cals back.. But try good foods like nuts, avocado and proteins to do this... Not junk foods... Xxxxx just keep focused xxx

Buy healthy ready made meals ... It's easier to put them in the microwave and they have the calories on the box! Eat them with a whole heap of veggies... Or....
