I track the other two meal and try to be as most reasonable as possible on those 2 but for the meal included at those social events (ex:supper) I eat normally like everyone else, have 1 drink and that is it. A little sliver of whatever is offered as sweet and I'm ok. I find anyway that most of the time I'm not that hungry…

Thanks to all for your suggestions. Pamela I'm using the same as you. That was the one I picked as it was synching with MFP. I'm on day 3 week 1 and still alive and breathing so to me it's goos news ! LOL ... we'll see where it gets me ! :)

I alternate with walking outside (weather does not always permit) and Leslie's. Sometimes I just walk in front of the TV on my WII U balance board and it's fine too. All this together adds up and anything is better than nothing and will show result ! :) The key is to enjoy it !

Mine is now at 1560 but I'm thinking of lowering it maybe a little more in order to lose the weight as I'm presently hitting a wall with my scale ! LOL Anyone don't hesitate to add me ... the more the merrier ! :)

I'm a mom of 2 (10 and 8 year olds) first and an Infographist during the week days ... sitting all the time in front of the computer 7.5 hours a day / 5 days a week. This is SOOOOOO not good for mu butt. That is one of the main reason I'm here, trying to balance everything out ...

I think what you were looking for was someone to validate what you were thinking more than support. Me, I'm a fruits addict and I realized this week by being here that it is part of the reason why I'm not loosing weight way even more than the occasional cookie or handful of chips that I eat once a month. I have to agree with this ! I've been on MFP for a few days now and I'm really a fruit addict but you know what ? I think that I may of found the reason why I'm not loosing that 15 pounds ... Fruits REALLY add up ! It's horrible :D Will try to lower my my fruits consumption and see :)
